External Application Penetration Testing
2025
Performed penetration testing to assess the external threat footprint of public-facing applications of a Department with the state of Florida. Identified over 400 previously unknown vulnerabilities across exposed API calls, website forms, and tokenized keys. Recognized by ESRI (ArcGIS team) for responsible cybersecurity practices and reporting.
Ultimate I4 Network Review
2023
Network review and analysis of Ultimate I4 design to determine the root cause of ongoing stability issues and provide remediation. Provided multiple critical recommendations which reduced network outages by over 90%.
FDOT District 5 SAN & Compute Modernization
2023
Replaced SAN and Compute environments at FDOT District 5 with new Dell Metronode Fiber channel Storage Area Network (SAN), replacing aging Compellent storage. New rack-mounted servers were installed to replace the aging HP Blade Center chassis as well as to improve performance and failover capabilities.
FTE Call Center
2023
Awarded contract for new FTE call center, as part of Emovis team. Designed, tested and deployed secure PCI compliant networks for 2 call centers and multiple walk-in centers.
FTE Network Analysis
2022
Performed network discovery, analysis, and lifecycle review for Florida Turnpike Enterprise (FTE). Project was accomplished to facilitate a better understanding of the network as deployed, necessary changes to address failover concerns and a roadmap for future upgrades to support upcoming projects.

FDOT Network and System Administration
2013 – Present
Upgraded existing ITS network from a 1Gbps Layer 2 backbone to a 10Gig Layer 3 backbone running MPLS with routing to local hubs. In 2023 this network was upgraded to a 40Gbps Backbone migrating to VxLAN from MPLS and removing all legacy Layer2 sites in the Arterial networks
